Job description

C&C Market Research is a national market research company with 32 offices located in shopping malls across the country. We currently have an opening as a facility manager in our Town East Mall location in Mesquite TX. Our facilities are used by clients for data collection, product testing, and advertising development. Customers are compensated for providing their honest feedback on new products and ideas, helping shape the future of brands.


Position Overview –

  • Overseeing and managing all projects (qualitative & quantitative) booked into the location
  • Ensuring on-time project execution and meeting client needs
  • Leading, hiring, and motivating office staff
  • Conducting project and staff briefings
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic financial and budgetary understanding
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Prior managerial/supervisory experience is a plus but not required
  • Market Research experience is a major plus
