  • LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Market District/Seaholm District
  • SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
  • PAY RATE: $21 per hour.

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
  • Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal
  • Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
  • Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Team-oriented with a positive, service-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
