You will take full ownership of a high-volume, thriving restaurant concept in Bend, OR. This is not a turnaround. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, team development, and operational excellence
  • Own P&L performance, labor management, cost control, and revenue growth
