Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, team development, and operational excellence
  • Own P&L performance, labor management, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team while modeling the company’s values daily
  • Uphold and continuously strengthen the restaurant’s vibrant culture and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
  • Partner closely with ownership and multi-unit leadership on local marketing, community engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary up to $85,000
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance for the General Manager
  • Additional benefits package (details discussed during interview process)
  • Opportunity to grow with a thriving concept in a highly desirable market

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven Restaurant General Manager experience in full-service or high-volume concepts
  • Strong track record of building positive team cultures and delivering consistent operational results
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Willingness to live and work in the Bend, Oregon area

Why Bend, Oregon?
