As a Market Development Executive III, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing opportunities across Insight's Federal market. You will identify, qualify, and close technology solutions opportunities while building strategic relationships with federal agencies and partners.

Federal Market Focus: This role exclusively supports Insight's Federal business and requires a strong understanding of the federal acquisition landscape. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of technology sales experience supporting federal customers, with knowledge of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, agency priorities, stakeholder engagement, and complex sales cycles.

What You'll Do
  • Leverage Insight's services expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions, from strategic vision through implementation and ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on Federal Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across federal agencies, systems integrators, and strategic partners.
  • Tailor cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics solutions to address the unique mission requirements of federal organizations.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with customer objectives, compliance requirements, and acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For
  • 5-10 years of successful technology sales experience supporting Federal customers.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing opportunities within Federal Civilian, Defense, or Intelligence Community organizations.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, acquisition cycles, government contract vehicles, and agency buying strategies.
  • Experience selling through or alongside federal systems integrators and strategic partners is highly preferred.
  • Previous Microsoft Enterprise cloud sales experience is required; however, we will consider AWS and GCP enterprise sales experience as an added benefit.
  • Experienced technical and sales executives with a track record of strategizing and operationalizing technology solutions to solve critical mission and business challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field and experience driving technology sales.
