Marketing Development Manager on behalf of this well-established manufacturer for their Morristown, Tennessee location.

The successful candidate will also:

  • Lead market research and analysis efforts to identify emerging trends, generate sales leads, and inform commercial priorities
  • Contribute to the development of compelling business cases to support new product initiatives and technical service directions
  • Monitor industry shifts, economic factors, and customer behaviors to anticipate risks and opportunities
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including web updates, digital and print advertising, and trade show engagement
  • Support customer engagement efforts and manage select strategic accounts as assigned
  • Supervise internal marketing staff and external partners, ensuring alignment across project timelines and brand standards
  • Act as a collaborative voice within the commercial leadership team, contributing to policy and procedural decisions when required

Qualifications

Qualifications:
