Position Summary

The Branch Manager – Business Development & Ops Manager is responsible for driving branch growth through business development, customer relationship management, and strategic leadership while maintaining oversight of branch operations. This role serves as the face of the company within the local market, focusing on acquiring new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence through effective leadership of the branch team. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded leader who balances sales strategy and customer engagement with operational accountability.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a local growth strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop account strategies and support major sales initiatives.
  • Participate in networking events, industry associations, and community activities to increase company visibility.
