Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with PMP certification to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives from project inception through final deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex, multi-site projects involving multiple vendors, large project budgets, and enterprise infrastructure implementations. Projects may include network modernization, Global WAN, LAN/WAN, Voice, VSAT, maritime technologies, network security, site buildouts, and other infrastructure initiatives. This role also supports infrastructure requirements for large software development projects with significant infrastructure components.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and deployment.
  • Manage complex multi-site projects involving multiple vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor large project budgets, including expense tracking, forecasting, and estimates-at-complete (EAC).
  • Proactively identify budget variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project financial health.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technology infrastructure implementation and provide support for infrastructure-related software development initiatives.
  • Coordinate vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ensure vendor deliverables are integrated into the overall project plan.
  • Track, review, and validate vendor deliverables, including technical documentation, design artifacts, test plans, and implementation milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and technical objectives.


Required Qualifications:

  • PMP certification is required.
  • Proven experience managing large infrastructure project budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Strong experience leading multi-site infrastructure projects involving multiple vendors.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects related to one or more of the following:
    • Global WAN
    • LAN/WAN
    • Network Security
    • Voice Infrastructure
    • VSAT
    • Maritime Technologies
    • Site Buildouts and Infrastructure Deployments
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects supporting software development initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, stakeholder communication, and project governance skills.
