About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Cook to join our Offshore Aviation vessel fleet. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals and maintaining galley operations to support crew wellbeing in an offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve daily meals for crew and passengers.
  • Develop menus that meet dietary and nutritional needs.
  • Manage inventory, provisioning, and stock levels.
  • Maintain the galley's cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor food usage and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplies and consumption.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cook in offshore, maritime, or remote environments.
  • Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (or equivalent).
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Ability to work rotational offshore schedules.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
