Position Overview:

As part of the talented Warranty team, you will be responsible for vetting, processing, and documenting warranty claims inside our ERP and CRM systems for Navico Group products across the three business units; Power Solutions, Performance Solutions, and Electronics Solutions. This position reports to the Warranty Supervisor.

Essential Functions:

  • Vet and process warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely, policy-compliant manner including placing warranty orders, entering RMAs,
  • Validate pricing and verifying customer and product eligibility.
  • Record complete, accurate case documentation in your assigned CRM system, covering case creation, lifecycle and queue management, and customer or dealer communication.
  • Apply foundational product and warranty-coverage knowledge to answer routine claim and coverage questions.
  • Recognize claims and technical troubleshooting questions that fall outside standard policy and escalate as necessary
  • Deliver a consistent, professional customer service experience for all customer and dealer contacts
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all claims processed, supporting downstream reporting and quality review.
  • Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a contact center or similar relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Quality and/or Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred/ continuous improvement mindsetrequired
  • Process and goal orientated
  • Demonstrated history of independent work
  • Marine or RV industry experience highly weighted
  • Experience with ERP database tools desired (Intuitive, COPICS, Oracle, or Syteline)
  • Experience with CRM database tools desired (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a large team
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and apply learnings of technical trainings for various product lines

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily based in a professional office environment with regular cross-functional interaction, may require prolonged sitting at a desk
  • Standard business hours with flexibility required during peak periods or escalated situations
  • This role will follow a hybrid schedule, working onsite three days per week and remotely for two days
  • Occasional time spent in warehouse or service/repair areas to inspect returned products or review warranty claims
  • Fast-paced setting with multiple priorities requiring strong organization and decision-making

Add Pay Verbiage

The hiring range for this position is$47,000 - $65,200annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This position is eligible to participate in Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account (with company contribution), well-being program, product purchase discounts and much more.
