The Warehouse Management System Super User serves as the site functional process expert for warehouse management system and IT project support. Supports US based service parts and accessories distribution operations responsible for all maintenance, design, and change management associated with all WMS configuration changes.

Essential Duties:

  • Monitor and assess Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functionality to determine efficiency of configurations, user interface and updates
  • Interface with Distribution Operations, P&A Planning, Sales, IT and other departments as needed to translate business needs into training, configuration and/or software updates/projects to improve use of software to fulfill customer orders
  • Identify improvement opportunities in WMS configurations for receiving, replenishment, picking, put-away, packing, work orders, item management and shipping
  • Assist Distribution Operations team in monitoring workflow, system integrations and order through-put for daily, weekly and monthly metrics
  • Key interface between Operations, IT and external software consultants
  • Ensures training, updates and system communication are planned as needed for all shifts
  • Provide support 24/7 on site or remotely for software issue resolution when production is down

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering Technologies or similar field
  • 3+ years in distribution, materials management and/or supply chain experience
  • WMS concentric technical and logical capability to solve problems
  • Strong cross functional/team leadership and communication skills with good organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Extensive Manhattan WMS as well as PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt certification preferred

The hiring range for this position is $62,800 to $90,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
