The Marijuana Policy Project is a nonprofit organization focused on advocacy and policy reform, while a Marijuana Policy Analyst conducts research and analysis to inform policy decisions. Pay Ranges: The annual base salary range for this position in the Washington, DC area and California locations is $50,000 - $120,000 based on experience. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Barrios considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, selected level, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
