  • Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, rotating weekend call for consults and inpatient follow up
  • OR Hours of operation 7am-5pm Monday-Friday, Closed weekends and holidays.
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
  • Inpatient consults and Inpatient procedures for Gastroenterology
    • Annual consult volumes: Hospital-180
    • Annual procedure volumes: Hospital-1,000
  • Advanced GI Fellowship training is a plus
  • Practice consists of Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography ERCP

Pekin also offers incredible recreation for its size including four golf courses, a bike trail, a lagoon for community fishing, and the McNaughton Trail where residents can ride horses, go camping, fishing or mountain biking. Pekin is home to many businesses including one of the largest ethanol plants in the United States. Other major employers include Pekin Insurance, Pekin Hospital, school districts, the city and local government.
