Marcom LA is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group creating and overseeing the world-class marketing and advertising driving Apple's rapidly-growing Services sector including Apple Sports, Apple Music, App Store, Apple Pay, Apple Arcade, Apple News, Apple Books, Apple Podcasts, Apple Maps, iCloud, Creator Studio and more. Whether we’re launching the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show, launching F1 on Apple TV, sharing the next generation of games in the App Store, or celebrating the seamless joy of using Apple Pay, Marcom LA’s mission is to build brand love for Apple every day. Description

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and entrepreneurial individual who can collaborate in a team environment and wants to be part of a growing organization, acting as a key point of contact and integration for the Marcom LA team across the Services Organization focusing on key services businesses. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications, blending creative problem solving with strategic execution to deliver world-class campaigns.
  • Connect with Customers: Translate deep business and customer insights into resonant marketing that drives meaningful engagement with our services.
  • Champion Creative Excellence: Spearhead innovative marketing solutions across product launches, digital campaigns, cultural moments, and platform development.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Build trust and alignment across a highly-matrixed organization, partnering closely with executives, marketing leads, and world-class creative teams.
  • Inspire and Lead: Mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment where top talent can thrive and do their best work, while providing the rigor of prioritization and budget ownership.
  • Push Boundaries: Embrace emerging technologies and fresh approaches to redefine what is possible in services marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience working on global brands, and proven expertise in developing marketing that encompasses a broad range of marketing and messaging vehicles.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex marketing projects from concept to completion.
  • Global experience, developing extensive creative platforms, including worldwide and geo-origination campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social and linear marketing channels and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative agency and in-house global brand experience.
  • Understanding and experience in subscription marketing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of measurement and testing with the ability to apply rigor to the application of those results to future work.
  • Experience working with executive teams and/or C-suite stakeholders, demonstrating curiosity, confidence, and the ability to listen with intent to find solutions.
  • An enthusiastic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively-driven environment, capable of navigating ambiguity while balancing an analytical approach to support and elevate the creative process.
  • Curiously minded leader that is inventive, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as exceptional presentation skills.
  • A passion for Apple products and services and a deep understanding of the Apple brand.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,100 and $327,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
