What You Will Do

  • Prep pastries for service
  • Set up and stock station with necessary supplies
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Answer, report and follow executive or Pastry chef’s instructions
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1 years or more experience in pastry prep or production
  • Knowledge of lamination, chocolate work, production of confectionaries, and building cakes and entremets preferred
  • Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
  • Must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on holidays
  • A great attitude, an eagerness to learn, and passion for pastry

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
