Job description

Primary Purpose: Operate radio, telephone, and computer equipment to receive reports from security personnel and equipment and relay information to proper officials.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Effective telephone and communication skills
Ability to receive and give verbal instructions effectively
Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
Proficient map reading skills
Experience:
One year experience in public safety telecommunications
Salary $15.00 per hr.
