Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects. This role involves reviewing and understanding permit prints and OSP designs, permitting, contractor and vendor invoices, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong map-reading and direction skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret permit prints and OSP construction designs
  • Maintain and organize project data and documentation
  • Support project teams by ensuring timely and accurate administrative processes
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks as needed
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • General computer proficiency
  • Strong ability to read maps and provide directions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective time management, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience reading construction prints, permits, or designs
  • Background in underground utility or OSP construction
