The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and systems within the production environment. The scope of the role includes analyzing workflows, implementing new technologies, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The purpose of this position is to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, supporting the organization's overall operational and strategic objectives.

This is an onsite opportunity located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance.

  • Support daily production operations by resolving technical and process-related issues.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.

  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and industrialization activities.

  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.

  • Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality and production challenges.

  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Participate in capacity planning, layout improvements, and production line optimization.

What you know:

You have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with relevant work experience, and:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience working with lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
