Production Supervisor (Weekend Shift)
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor who thrives on the shop floor and leads with visibility, clarity, and purpose. In this role, you’ll guide weekend manufacturing operations in a modern fabrication environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity stay on track. Expect to spend most of your time where the action happens—working directly with employees, solving problems, and keeping production moving.
This is a key leadership position within a growing, stable organization where accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement are core values.
