This position will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the successful launch of new production lines, launch of individual machines, and modification of existing production lines for new products. Responsibilities also include documentation associated with new equipment, quoting new business, and maintaining a long-term equipment replacement plan for aging process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation and execution of strategic plans to ensure the equipment portion of new business remains competitive.
  • Ensuring new equipment meets company standards and can achieve KPI target.
  • Maintaining long-term equipment plans.
  • Support the cross functional improvement teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience with specifying requirements for production equipment.
  • Experience with Solidworks or other 3D modeling software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a good attitude.
  • Unmatched communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple functions and deadlines.
  • Ability to make quick, accurate, data driven decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
