Manufacturing Operations Technician (Visual Inspection)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.90 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Technician to join our semiconductor DieFab team in Santa Rosa, CA. Our facility manufactures integrated circuits that support both internal and external customers. In this role, you will perform final visual inspections of production and development circuits to ensure the highest quality standards are met prior to shipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of semiconductor chips and integrated circuits using high-powered microscopes.
  • Evaluate product quality using established inspection criteria and product-specific guidelines.
  • Identify and document defects, irregularities, or quality concerns.
  • Work independently while contributing to overall team goals and production objectives.
  • Handle delicate semiconductor materials with precision and care.
  • Maintain compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and clean work environment requirements.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality control processes.
  • Escalate quality or process concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to expand technical knowledge and skills.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, integrated circuit fabrication, visual inspection, sorting, or related production processes.
