Job description

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive performance, quality, and teamwork on the production floor. As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you'll lead and motivate a team of 5–10 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations while championing safety, accountability, and precision. You'll set the tone each shift by aligning your team to company goals, enforcing industry standards, and embedding the 7 Quality Management Principles into everything you do. From coordinating workflow and assigning tasks based on skill and demand to coaching team members in real time, you'll play a critical role in delivering consistent results while maintaining compliance, traceability, and quality excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in developing people and processes. You'll leverage strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to address challenges, support hiring and training, and drive continuous improvement. With a solid technical foundation-whether through hands-on experience, industry certifications, or production expertise-you'll confidently interpret work instructions, utilize specialized tools, and uphold strict QMS standards.  If you're ready to lead by example, foster collaboration, and make data‑driven decisions that enhance performance and efficiency, this is your opportunity to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact.
