Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions, and team performance management. In this role you will lead a team of manufacturing supervisors and technicians to achieve schedule execution and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have experience in leading teams in a manufacturing environment, read engineering drawings, interpret mechanical assembly instructions, comprehend basic schedule planning and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience performing the following: Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals in a complex manufacturing environment. Drive day-to-day implrovement activities to support customer needs and enhance operational efficiency. Provide guidance, mentoring and daily direction to subordinate leaders to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and growth.

Foster a culture of continous improvement, innovation, and employee development. Work with other cross-functional manufacturing teams to solve problems and execute daily and long term goals. Monitor business metrics and performance tracking.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance management, work assignments, recognition, and disciplinary actions. Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Desired Skills Manufacturing experience in areas of component manufacturing, disassembly, assembly, and materials management in a management capacity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience with performance metrics and benchmarking. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances. Knowledge of lean principles and methodologies, Kaizen, Kanban, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience, Green Belt Certified.
