As our full-time Precision Manufacturing Quality Manager, you'll lead quality efforts from incoming inspection through final production, ensuring every component meets strict specifications and industry standards. You'll oversee inspection teams, implement procedures, interpret technical drawings, and collaborate across departments to resolve quality challenges. Your day will balance hands-on precision work with strategic oversight as you ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards, manage vendor quality, and continuously enhance processes that drive manufacturing excellence.
To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of quality control/inspection experience in aerospace or precision industries
  • Experience with GD&T and precision measuring tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude (previous experience with machine tools is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
