Job description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee industrial machinery and equipment projects from order intake through commissioning. This role works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, production, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring communication, coordination, and execution remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage full project lifecycle from order intake through commissioning
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers, engineering, production, and field service teams
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures
  • Track and report on project progress, timelines, and milestones
  • Lead or participate in production and milestone review meetings
  • Oversee equipment inspections and quality checkpoints
  • Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting using spreadsheets and project tools
  • Serve as the liaison between customer expectations and internal execution teams
  • Support scheduling and coordination of field service and troubleshooting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or significant relevant experience)
  • 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, machinery, or technical environments
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications
