Job description

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of complex commercial aerospace manufacturing programs. You'll own the schedule, the communication, and the outcomes - working closely with engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to deliver components and projects on time, on spec, and within budget.
When something threatens the schedule, you're the person who sees it first, communicates it clearly, and drives the solution.
This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, builds strong relationships across functions, and approaches every challenge with a growth mindset. If you have a track record of keeping complex aerospace programs on track and making the hard conversations happen early - we want to talk.
Job Requirements:
*BS in Engineering, Business, or related field
*5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams
*Proven track record managing programs ranging from $500K to $5M in commercial aerospace manufacturing
*Experience collaborating with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
*Strong communication, presentation, and conflict management skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Project; critical path methodology experience required
*Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, JD Edwards, or Oracle)
*PMP certification a plus
*Global project management experience a plus
*Construction background is a plus
*Oil & gas or power generation market exposure a plus
