Your fingerprints will be on everything.

Own the project lifecycle

From proposal and cost estimation through execution and closeout — you drive the full scope.

Be the customer’s anchor

Technical liaison, relationship builder, and accountability partner — they trust you to deliver.


Coordinate across the shop floor

Machining, welding, fabrication, quality — you connect teams and keep every phase moving.

Control cost, schedule & quality

Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action before problems become crises.

WHAT YOU BRING

REQUIRED

–   Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related)

–   PMP certification with applied manufacturing experience

–   7–10 years of PM experience in manufacturing or industrial settings

–   Deep knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication & mechanical systems

–   Proven track record on complex, multi-phase projects

–   Cost estimating, scheduling, ERP & reporting proficiency

–   Contract management and compliance experience

PREFERRED — GIVES YOU A HEAD START

–   Industry background in Mining, Power Generation, Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, or Hydro

–   Hands-on machining or fabrication floor experience

–   Familiarity with GD&T standards in manufacturing context

–   Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement exposure
