Job description

SUMMARY

Have you worked in the mission critical/emergency power/power generation industry as a Project Manager? If so, we want to hear from you. We are seeking someone who will be responsible for providing estimates, collaborating and coordinating with other departments, and will partner with the production team to meet customer specifications for the Von Ormy and Seguin facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide competitive estimates for customers
  • Track project status, communicate with stakeholders, and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with production team to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assemble and notate drawings for production
  • Develop the best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report for departmental continuous improvement
  • Work safely adheres to all safety policies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in project management practices, procedures, and processes
  • Mission Critical/power generation/emergency power experience required
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and engineering software
  • Experience in the emergency power or data center field a plus
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; for internal and external customers
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Experience in planning and/or project management
