The Manufacturing Plant Manager will lead and oversee the operations of a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles. The manager will lead the team to meet operational goals without the need for travel.

Responsibilities
