Job description

We are hiring immediately for Manufacturing Production Workers to join our growing team at Vitro Automotive Glass in Crestline, OH. At our manufacturing facility, we value continuous learning, innovation and safety. We want this career in our factory to benefit you and we will do as much as we can to develop you professionally.
Manufacturing Production Worker Benefits:

  • Wage Increase After 90 days: $18.85
  • Required PPE including shoes (provided)

  • Shift differential for 2nd shift (.25), 3rd shift (.30), 12hr Nights (.50)

Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)

Shift availability:
  • Day Shift 7am-7pm
  • Night Shift 7pm-7am

Manufacturing Production Worker Essential Requirements:
Ability to work the following: 12 Hour days, Some Holidays, Weekends and Overtime as needed.
Good attendance is important to our team at Vitro. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a history of good attendance and who welcome overtime.
Pre-employment background checks, drug screens and physicals required.
Manufacturing Production Worker Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Able to work fast and efficient and willing to work overtime.
Understanding of basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to effectively communicate.
Experience:
  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
