We are currently looking to add to our manufacturing personnel on the Day Shift, Swing Shift and Weekend crews at our Renton facility. Looking for motivated individuals to join us and grow with our team! Some of the attributes we are looking for in a potential team member include having a high focus on the safety of self and others, being attentive to details and quality in your work, working with a high sense of urgency, proven reliability in regards to punctuality/attendance, and above all- having a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team.
As a Manufacturing Associate you will be given the opportunity to learn from some of our very best manufacturing personnel. As new skills are acquired and position steps are reached, your achievements will be compensated monetarily.

  • Learn to safely and efficiently operate various pieces of converting equipment
  • Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedure
  • Effectively execute position responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center.
  • Read and follow order specification documents

  • Effectively work with co-workers and establish a team approach to achieve company goals and expectations.
  • Follow all company rules and policies.
  • Successfully work in multiple areas of the converting plant and be able to perform to expectations.

Basic Qualifications to succeed
  • Mechanically inclined and able to learn new skills within a standard timeline.
  • Comfortable around heavy equipment in a fast pace environment.
  • Mentally and physically perform at a high pace with a sense of urgency while maintaining company expectation of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
  • Basic Math Knowledge and ability to read a tape measure.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass drug screen, and physical abilities test.
