The Shipping Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient shipment documentation handling, and quality control within a large team environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role leverages proprietary shipping software and general logistics platforms to maintain accuracy and timeliness in all shipping operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure shipments are palletized to meet delivery deadlines
  • Handle all shipping documentation accurately
  • Ensure quality control standards are maintained
  • Perform data entry for shipping records

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in shipping and logistics
  • High school diploma or equivalent
