This leadership role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources to strengthen workforce capability, develop frontline leaders, and improve operational execution across multiple manufacturing facilities. :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0

This is not a traditional classroom training position. The Manufacturing Learning & Development Manager is responsible for building workforce capability systems that improve operational readiness, strengthen frontline leadership, standardize qualification processes, and support continuous improvement across multiple production facilities.
