Job Summary:ย 

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. They will lead a team of production supervisors, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing management and a provenย record of accomplishmentย inย improving productivity and quality.ย 

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing departmentย 
  • Lead and mentor a team of production supervisorsย 
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and production goalsย 
  • Monitor production processes andย adjustย as needed to ensure efficiency and qualityย 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costsย 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesย 
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvementย 
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materialsย 
  • Stayย up to dateย with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing managementย 
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and initiativesย 
  • Perform other duties as assignedย 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldย 
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing managementย 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a teamย 
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systemsย 
  • Provenย track recordย of driving process improvements and achieving resultsย 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsย 
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive performance improvementsย 
  • Strong communicationย and interpersonal skillsย 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteย 
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plusย
