Job description

A growing, multi-disciplinary engineering and project delivery firm seeking a senior commercial leader to drive new revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and expand market presence within the power and industrial sectors.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a high-volume engineering and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring output targets are met, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the shop floor.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support the production of heavy equipment, components, and assemblies used in construction and industrial applications.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations
