Job description

Standard Job Description Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies. Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application. Desired Skills Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking.

Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
