Job description

We are hiring a dependable Manufacturing Associate with machine operating experience for a full-time, second-shift position in Tampa. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working around production machinery and can maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Load materials into machines and remove completed products
• Set up machines according to production instructions
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and correct measurements
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Clear basic jams and report equipment problems
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Follow work orders and production schedules
• Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience required
• Comfortable operating industrial production equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
