Were currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for a growing production facility in Tampa. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you'll assist with machine operations, stack buckets of paint, move materials, and help keep production running efficiently. Manufacturing Associate - 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL 33605
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift M-F 7:00AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities
• Assist with operating manufacturing equipment and production machines
• Stack, organize, and palletize buckets of paint and finished products
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Steel-toe boots are required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
