We are now hiring for Machine Operators for a Manufacturing company in San Antonio, TX. Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525.

Schedule / Pay:
AM 6:15am-6:30pm $13-$14/hr
PM 6:15pm-6:30am $15/hr
Please note: This position follows a 4/3 schedule. The 4-day workweek includes Saturday and Sunday, meaning employees will work every other weekend.
Job Summary
The Operator is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment in alignment with established work instructions and quality standards. This role supports consistent, accurate manufacturing processes by performing inspections, making adjustments to maintain quality, and ensuring safe, efficient machine operation. Operators contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-driven production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery following established procedures and supervisor instructions.
  • Inspect raw materials, feedstock, and finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensional and visual quality.
  • Load or feed raw materials and parts into automated systems.
  • Read, record, and interpret machine and instrumentation data; perform corrective adjustments as directed.
  • Safely operate material-handling equipment to transport materials between departments.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and gage/fixture management.
  • Perform periodic quality checks in accordance with work instructions and SOPs.
  • Support supervisors and team leads in preparing equipment and materials for production or quality/lab processes.
  • Identify and immediately report unsafe operations or conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Practice and sustain 5S standards throughout the work area.
Required Experience
  • Ability to follow verbal and written supervisor instructions.
  • Experience performing basic measurements or product inspections.
  • Ability to work safely around automated equipment and material-handling systems.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or automated equipment operation.
