SMX is hiring for a Manufacturing Lead Operator position for our premier client, Heartland Automotive, in Lafayette! This position will supervise and coordinate all activities related to maintaining and operating equipment. Associates should have strong leadership and decision-making capacities and ideally 2 years of manufacturing experience. $80 Attendance Bonus weekly for perfect attendance (bonus is per eligibility requirements).
