Job description

You will be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Level3 (PrSM Increment2) for the PrSM Increment2 Program Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced manufacturing solutions that improve producibility of early designs, create robust manufacturing plans, and support the transition to lowrate initial production.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Level3 (PrSM Increment2) you will be responsible for driving execution, integration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across the program.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage daytoday execution and closeout of assigned manufacturing engineering tasks.

  • Work with production teams to transition new products and processes into manufacturing.

  • Partner with design and engineering teams to improve producibility and reduce production risk.

  • Gather relevant data and prepare concise briefs for Integrated Product Team (IPT) briefings.

  • Perform proactive affordability analyses and devise costsaving strategies.
