Description:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Engineer to support our cabinet manufacturing operations. This position will focus on improving production processes, optimizing efficiency, resolving manufacturing issues, and ensuring consistent product quality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Review and maintain BOMs, production drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
  • Support new product introduction and ensure products are ready for efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot production problems and implement practical corrective actions.
  • Assist with production planning, material requirements, tooling, and equipment selection.
  • Monitor production performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering, preferably in cabinet, woodworking, millwork, or furniture manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machinery, and production systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with CAD or manufacturing software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is a huge plus.
