Job Summary:
As a technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient sample analysis. You'll prepare and test samples, maintain advanced laboratory equipment, and uphold strict safety and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, AMS). This role offers opportunities to grow your technical expertise while working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare samples (cutting, grinding, mounting, polishing) and log them for traceability.
  • Conduct tests per industry standards using equipment like microscopes, ovens, and wet saws, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Maintain and clean lab equipment, adhering to safety protocols and proper waste disposal.
  • Document test results and manage data in laboratory systems with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline lab operations and support research initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to address inquiries or report test outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry standards through training, workshops, and certifications.
