XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for Assembly Associates!

Location: Plano, TX 75074
Schedule: Day and Night Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Position Overview
XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team in Plano, TX. This position is responsible for assembling components and finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and finished products by following work instructions, blueprints, and production standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts during the assembly process to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Maintain production goals while following all safety and quality procedures.
  • Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment as needed.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to the required weight for the position.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
