Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful completion of small to medium-sized projects with medium complexity and less clearly defined goals. You will develop and implement procedures and provide training on new processes, tools, and equipment. This includes defining Preventative and Predictive Maintenance requirements and conducting mechanical evaluations of processes and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop procedures and training materials for new processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Define Preventative and Predictive Maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct mechanical evaluations of processes and equipment.
  • Provide concise project progress reports.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and lean six sigma.
  • Skills in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, and project management.
