Job description

  • Serve as the technical resource for manufacturing operations across stamping, machining, and secondary processes.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, equipment, and process-related issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and equipment uptime.
  • Reduce scrap, downtime, setup times, and overall manufacturing costs.
  • Support APQP/NPI, PPAP, new product launches, CAPEX implementations and process validation activities.
  • Identify and lead automation and capital equipment improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Metal stamping & fabrication experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting machining and secondary manufacturing operations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
