We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Engineering Manager for AI server repair.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization consisting of Test Engineers, Process Engineers, Manufacturing/Automation Engineers, and Engineering Technicians supporting AI server repair operations.
  • Provide technical leadership for the diagnosis, repair, and validation of AI servers, GPU systems, networking equipment, storage platforms, and associated data center infrastructure.
  • Direct engineering activities supporting repair operations, including test development, process optimization, equipment qualification, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve repair processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, diagnostics, and automated test solutions to improve quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Lead engineering support for New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring repair readiness through process development, technician training, documentation, tooling, spare parts strategy, and test capability deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to improve first-pass yield, repair quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead complex failure investigations utilizing component-level diagnostics, electrical analysis, firmware analysis, and root cause methodologies to improve repair effectiveness and provide customer feedback.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer teams to resolve technical issues and support customer requirements.
  • Manage development of engineering standards, technical documentation, repair specifications, validation procedures, engineering change implementation, and process controls.
  • Manage engineering project portfolios, establish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, engineering reviews, performance metrics, and customer presentations supporting business reviews and operational performance.
  • Evaluate emerging repair technologies, diagnostic equipment, automation opportunities, and industry best practices to expand service capabilities and improve operational performance.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop engineering personnel while establishing performance expectations, succession planning, and technical career development.
  • Support customer audits, quality audits, regulatory compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education, Training and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of engineering experience supporting electronics manufacturing, server repair, OEM manufacturing, or high-technology service operations.
  • Minimum three (3) years of engineering management experience leading technical teams in a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • Experience supporting AI servers, GPU platforms, enterprise computing hardware, networking equipment, or data center infrastructure strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Strong knowledge of component-level troubleshooting, electronic diagnostics, digital and analog circuit analysis, power systems, firmware, and embedded hardware preferred.
  • Experience developing automated test systems, diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and manufacturing process controls.
  • Proven expertise in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), statistical process control (SPC), and reliability engineering.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, PCB layouts, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and engineering change management processes.
  • Experience managing engineering capital projects, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Advanced analytical, technical writing, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio); experience with ERP, PLM, MES, and engineering data management systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth technical environment with minimal supervision.
