Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team This on-site position is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving quality, and driving efficiency in the design and manufacturing of solar products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for products to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles, including process flow, layout design, and time studies
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve engineering and manufacturing issues
- Identify opportunities for automation, tooling improvements, and process enhancements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or other quality methodologies
- Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes and work instructions
- Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing. or Mechanical Engineering (required)
