Why This Role Matters
We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who wants to improve production processes and have a big impact on the growth of our organization.
At GEOTEK, you'll work directly on the production floor to troubleshoot issues, improve efficiency, and help implement automation and capital improvements in a continuous manufacturing environment. This is a visible role with direct impact on throughput, cost, and quality.
If you enjoy solving practical problems, digging into root cause, and making measurable improvements, this role will feel right.
What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using structured root cause methods
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce scrap
  • Support and enhance factory automation (PLCs, controls, mechanical, hydraulic systems)
  • Identify and help implement cost-reducing automation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain standard work and process documentation
  • Conduct engineering trials and analyze production data
  • Support capital projects from concept through implementation
  • Train production teams on new processes

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years in a continuous process manufacturing environment
  • Strong process troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working around automation systems (PLC/VFD exposure preferred)
  • SolidWorks or 3D CAD experience
  • Comfortable splitting time between office and production floor

Physical Work Conditions
50/50 split between office and plant work environment.
