Location: US Remote

Reports To: Director, Field Service - Business Systems & Reporting

Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000

Position Summary:

As a Commercial Data Analyst, your goal is to unlock insights that drive the business-supporting strategic decision-making and performance management. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance to provide visibility and optimize key business initiatives for one of our top customers.

This role partners closely with IT BI team and business consumers to establish KPI, metrics and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics frameworks to monitor customer retention, market share and revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide analytics and insights into customer forecast and impact to operational performance and business prioritization.
  • Provide analytics for quote to order conversion.
  • Provide analytics around key operational metrics that influence customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision support across day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other Analytics teams using tools such as Tableau and snowflake to deliver timely performance insights
  • Communicate clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
