Manufacturing Engineer, Associate
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer, Associate to join our Target Rock team!
As our Associate Manufacturing Engineer you will support the development, coordination, and improvement of manufacturing processes, assisting with methods definition, production documentation, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality fabrication of parts, components, and assemblies.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
Salary/hourly rate: $74,100 to $84 ,000

  • Assist in defining manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures to support consistent, efficient production
  • Perform routine methods and operational analyses to evaluate labor standards, equipment needs, and process flow data to help improve productivity and reduce cost
  • Support the review of engineering drawings, specifications, and engineering changes to ensure manufacturability and alignment with production requirements
  • Collaborate with design, quality, procurement, inspection, production, and program teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate new product release activities
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reporting systems to support manufacturing operations, process updates, and compliance needs
What You Bring
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or related technical roles
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and basic methods analysis
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills across engineering and operations functions
