Manufacturing Associate

Wythe Windows, Inc. – Ramsey, NJ

Join Our Growing Manufacturing Team

Wythe Windows is a leading manufacturer of high-performance European-style uPVC windows and doors. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble windows and doors according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
  • Operate CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Use power tools and hand tools with precision.
  • Read work orders, measurements, and production instructions.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with material handling, packaging, and shipping as needed.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience is required.
  • Experience operating CNC machines is required.
  • Proficient with power tools and hand tools.
  • Comfortable using computers for production tracking, machine interfaces, and work instructions.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
